#1 Eating Habits-Health and leisure


Hi guys, this week I would like to know about the eating habits you have.

Tell me about the food you consume, how often you eat at home, how many meals you have a day, including snacks. Mention the diet* your family has, and if you tend to eat out, what kind of food and how often you do it.

Basically, your post has to analyze  "Your eating habits" so finish your post with a comment on how do you feel after you have list all you eat, if you consider a healthy diet, if you consider yourself a healthy person and if it's the case, if you would change something what would it be.


All this in 150 words minimum.

  1. Eating Habits
    I think that eating is one of the pleasures we have in life, because food fill us in many ways no just in the physical also it make us feel happy and complete.
    The food that I consume is not specific; because I’m used to eat of every group of food, and for me and my family is important to eat healthy that’s why we eat vegetables, fruits, meat and fish, cereals, and also sweets but in a lower quantity.
    My diet is based in 3 meals and 2 snacks, because is better for the metabolism to eat every 4 hours healthy food. Every meal is divided by portions of cereal, fruit, vegetable, meat and milk.
    My family and I are not used to eat out, we prefer home. Only in special occasions we go out to a restaurant. We like to go to an Italian or Chinese restaurant if we go out.
    I consider that my diet is really healthy and most of my habits are right, the only thing I need to change is to stop eating deserts or not that much.

      I like your diet because it is healthy and you like Italian and Chinese food, it keep my attention that you divide your food in portions it a good idea, I also agree with you about eating at home, I suggest you do not leave desserts they are delicious!! :D

    2. Fer: I agree with your diet, and I think mine should be more like yours. I like how you are able to eat almost everything. I also like the idea of eating at home, it is healthier and cheaper. I think you shouldn't leave desserts at all! They are delicious and eating just one now and then, can't be that bad.

  2. My eating habbits
    My diet consist in eating fiber, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, which I get them from different food like: fish, vegetables, legumes, rice, milk or yogurt. I also eat fats but good fats like nuts or olive oil. It is very difficult to follow a diet because junk food is everywhere so I prefer eating at home because I know how the food was prepared. It is suppose that I have to eat every tree hours but I don’t have time for it so I eat like five times a day or when I am hungry. I don´t eat always healthy food one or two times a week I eat junk food like tacos or a dessert and in special occasions I drink soda I think that without exceeding junk food is not a problem for your health. My family eat healthy but the problem is that we don’t have time to eat so we skip meals or eat very fast.

      I really like your text. I agree with you, is better to eat at home than outside, because is easier to get junk food outside also the quality is not the best one (in some cases).
      I think your diet is pretty good and healthy, the only thing that I will tell you is that when you destinate a time to eat you enjoy it more, that might help you. :)

  3. Eating Habits-Health

    Well, in this writing I´m going to tell you how are my eating habits and also for my family.
    First I eat four times a day including breakfast, lunchtime, mealtime, and dinner. Sometimes I jump the moments to eat like at breakfast I jump it or also the dinner because I ate a lot at mealtime so I ´m so full to eat at that moment. Now I’m going to tell you what I eat. All the days are different referring to my alimentation because my mom prepares different things or depending in what I want to eat. For example starting with the breakfast depends because some days I eat a cereal bar or also yogurt with cereal or a fruit and sometimes nothing cause we are hurry. Then at the lunch time I eat most of the times sandwich of jam and cheese but also I can get yogurt or cereal bar or vegetables, it depends on what, thankfully, my mom prepares me and sends me.
    At mealtime all days from Tuesday to Friday I eat on my house and we eat different things at that moment because my mom prepares like rice, beans, nopales, chicharron with chile, meat, she prepares the meat in different ways depend on what she has in the house or what she wants to prepare it, also sometimes she prepares vegetable soup with chicken. When we finish eating sometimes we eat some snack like some traditional candy or some chocolate that we have in cupboard. And for dinner it´s more difficult to tell what I eat because like I have already told you I jumped it or also because it is very simple the thing what I eat but it can be like a bowl with cereal and milk, a fruit, yogurt with granola.
    Well my family and me are starting with a diet to help to my father to accomplish his wish and goal to lose weight. At the mealtime its when we eat all the same thing but at breakfast and dinner everyone eat different things. When we eat out sometimes we eat tacos or meat or guisos so it depends, we don’t have specific what we eat, but we eat out on Mondays, Saturdays, those days we eat with the family and Sundays we eat out or rarely eat at the house

    Well to conclude this writing I feel good on what I eat because basically I don’t eat in a bad way, most of the things I eat are healthier than other people are used to eat. So well I consider my family and myself healthy. And I suppose that its ok what I eat so I wont change something of what I eat.

    My eating habits
    i considered that my diet ist correct and balance. i have 3 meals in a day. in the breakfast i eat a quesadilla or an egg with some milk or juice of natural fruit,at school i eat a sandwich and more fruit, the when i arrive to my house i eat my second meal that consist in a variety of dishes and some fruit water , with 2 tortillas, during the afternoon i eat a snack( cupcake , cookie, brownie) only when my mom bake or when we have visits, at dinner i eat a bowl of cereal. at weekends my meals are different because sometimes my mom doesn´t want to cook so we go out to eat some fast food or sometimes we have parties. during weekends i only eat fast food.
    we don´t follow a diet but we try to not eat a lot of sugar or fat i think we have a healthy diet.

      I think that is correct eating fast food rarely, just The way you do it.

  5. My Eating Habits.
    Eating is a basic thing in life, I love to eat.
    My day starts with a cereal or with a sandwich accompanied with a cup of milk, after taking a bath, and dressing up I go to the school, where at 9:55 a.m. I have the first break, that´s the worst part of the day for my diet, because I only consume junk food as cookies and chips.
    When I return to my house at 3:00 p.m., I eat with my family, we have soup and a peace of meat, chicken or fish as menu. And at the end of the day, from 8:00 p.m. to beyond, we can take as dinner things like salad or sugar cookies with jam, quesadillas or bread with chocolate, accompanied with a cup of milk.
    My eating habits are not the best, I would change the food I consume in the school, meybe it would be better to prepare my own lunch, because I´m sure that lunch is one of the most important meals in the day.

    1. I´m not completely agree with your diet, I would change everything except the mealtime and breakfast, because the other 2 meals you have, are not healthy. Well I recommend you to change it, like your lunch you can do it instead of buying and eating junk food because its better for your health and not getting a probable illness in the future or getting fat.

  6. Eating habits
    Now at day, I eat whatever I want, I don´t have a diet I left that since I was in the gym, now at days I eat the meal that made Diana. Sometimes we eat outside, frequently I eat tacos or well chicken, I love the chicken, I’m almost a nig*a, but that is when we just want some fast. In the weekends we go to restaurants, always we try to go to another that we haven´t visit before and try their food. I don´t eat a lot, I have a really tight stomach, I eat a lot only when I´m starving. I like a lot the coffee, I could drink 3 cups diary and also I like the meat, I can carry a diet, but I’m not doing any sport , so make a diet will don’t give me the form I want, so I’m looking for a sport that will help me with my health and also I can play well.

      Wassa, nigga.
      In my opinion, the way you eat is fine, you love the food and you are happy with it.
      You eat small amounts of food, so it's no problem with your fat.
      Enjoy the food and start a diet that have all the delicious things you love.
      May be you can start at the gym making new muscular mass by eating a lot of calories and then creating BIG muscles like you want.

    My eating habits: in the morning I take a glass of milk with some quesadillas or cereal , well during the first breakup I eat my torta and buy a coke. After that in my house my family prepare the food.
    Usually we eat a soup, meet with a salad and with this a glass of water. It depends of the day because one day we can eat different type of soup, or different type of meet.
    And at the 8.00pm we take the dinner that can be a quesadilla with a glass of milk or a milkshake.
    I eat like 3 or 4 times at the day, and in mi family we only eat 3 times in the day.
    The eating habits define how we are and how we will be in the future days and is really important to have a balance eating habits in our lives.

MLG Pro 420 kush kush eating habits: in the morning I take a some chocolate milk (pancho pantera con chocomilk pals) three fried eggs (why the f no ?) in the first recess i eat my homemade cheesy sandwich, my 10% not fat free drink and anything my m8's have, i dont steal from them i take care of them mlg's, im risking my diabetus for them. When i arrive home, i eat everything from da meal time (eg: when its chicken 3-4 pieces, when its meat 2-3 slices, etc) when i finished eating everything i say gg mom get rekt and proceed to eat snacks, junk food, etc till night when i drink some milk and either quesadillas with double cheese, double ham and frijoles (meheecan IGN 10/10) or a toasted cheese sandwich. eating like 01140957/10 times a day its not that bad, well for me i dont know if you m8's can eat that much gg get shrekt

    1. Im not ok with your habits they are a little bit stranger you need to eat more vegetables because at the end your body needs to recive a little bit of vitamins , but the rest its fine you are eating milk , beef , cheese one of the basic foods in the alimentary pyramid.

    My eating habits are regular at all the day , its importanto not just for the body also for your everyday life , as people see you , you are what you eat , my eating habits start in the morning with a fast breakfast of 2 eggs with jam and a glass of water , then in the sochool it depends what my girlfriend bring and if she wants to give me some if not i don't eat until i arrive home i sometimes eat atunsalad , other days beef with vegetables , and other days friedn chicken with rice the after i make some activities y take my dinner always 2 hours before i sleep to give my body time to disolve all the food , sometimes i eat for dinner fruit or 1 egg with tortilla. In my opinion we need to have a good food habits to develop our body and our habits very well and have a healthy life and that we need to teach to our parents because they are the principal ones that decide what we eat.

  10. My eating habits
    I love food, actually I’m the kind of person that can’t stop eating, also is one of the things of life that I enjoy the most.
    I eat all kind of food but what I eat and enjoy the most is meat, when I arrive from school what I eat at home is meat, actually is the best par of my day.
    I also eat a lot of fish and vegetables that is part of what I used to eat in the week and in some way to keep me healthy.
    At weekend the thing changes because at normal days I have the habit to eat at an specific hour, but in weekends I eat just when I’m dying of hunger and I don’t eat junk food, is the part of the week when is used in my family to go out and eat in a restaurant or at fast food service.

      It’s good to hear that you love food and you keep yourself healthy by eating fish and vegetables I also recommend you fruits and grains to keep you healthy I think that you need to eat more often in weekends not only when you are dying of hunger prepare you something to eat.

  11. Sincerely, I don´t have good eating habits. I do not eat a lot, sometimes I prefer to stay without eating instead of preparing a meal.
    At mornings I have as breakfast some milk, later I have lunch at school and I eat the food that is sold in the cafeteria. In case that I get hungry at 12:00 I buy some chips. I arrive at my house at 3:00 p.m and I eat with all my family at 4:30 p.m. I don´t like to eat at night. I like to drink a lot of water during all day, I usually try to drink 2 liters a day.
    On weekends usually I go with all my family to many different restaurants, most of the times we go to buffets, so I eat different things.
    In my house we don´t have any special diet, everyday my mom cooks something different but like 3 times in the week she gives us vegetables and we have to eat them even though we don´t like it.
    I would like to change my eating habits because sometimes I feel like I eat only snacks. I would like to start eating more vegetables and stop missing meals.

Your diet should be more balanced, and you need to eat almost everything but not too much and you should have your three meals a day as this helps you a balanced diet so you get hungry and you feel that you do not eat much though not something big dinner least a quesadilla to your stomach and you have not asked more energy during the day. juan :)

    We have 4 meals a day;

    In my house, at first we have breakfast in the morning
    Before going out we eat something like eggs, hotcakes, sugarloaf or something like that with milk.

    Then, at lunch in the school i eat a sandwich and an apple.
    In my day i'm always eating a lollipop or another candy
    At lunch in my house we have as starter, soup, then as main course something like chicken, fish or meat with salad.
    In my house we NEVER drink coke or soda, we drink just natural flavored water.

    At dinner we eat something like sandwiches or cereal. With milk.

    When we eat outside, we love eating in Pampas, Argentilia and Bahji
    The thing that i would change is that i eat a lot of chocolates and candies... Because it may affect my veins and my health.
    My mum cooks very nice so i love to eat in my house more than eating outside.
    By the way, i think that my eating habits are fine like that, just i'd try to keep candies away.

    I have 4 meals a day
    And I start my day usually with a cup of milk with chocolate and some quesadillas

    Then at lunch i used to eat cookies and at the second recess chips or candies.
    At 3:30 i eat in my house with my family and we usually eat meat or chicken with salad and rice and as a dessert one chocolate or a cookie.

    At 6:00 i usually eat a fruit or some snack and i tried to drink a lot of water in the day
    And at 10:00 i take my dinner with my family and we usually eat sandwich with juice or a milkshake.

    On weekends i usually go to restaurants with family and we like italian food, meat and salads
    I would like to change my eating habits beacuse i think that i dont have a very healty diet because i dont eat a lot of vegetables and i dont drink alot of water even if i tried to do it.

I think that our diets are kind of similar, maybe we have to change our ways of eating, an advice that I can tell to you is to try to have little meals, in that way you will not be with that urge of eating junk food. As I said, I think our diets are kind of similar and maybe we can start working to creat healthy ones! Bye!

  14. On my days from Monday to Friday:
    For breakfast: I used to eat an omelette with a juice, or sometimes just cereal with milk.
    Then in my break , in the school, at 9:55 , i eat a sandwich or an apple.

    When I go home, about 3:30 I used to eat everyday vegetables, with differents kinds of meat or fish, and with every food, I dring about 2 or 3 glasses of water.

    In the middle of my evening I eat somethimes a fruit or a bar.

    In the night, at dinner time, i prefer to eat something light because is the last meal of the day, and I eat some salads or a quesadilla (:

  15. My eating habits

    Personally, I don’t think my diet is the healthiest. I eat whatever I want. I don’t consider a healthy thing to go around life counting calories and getting mad with yourself just because you ate a chocolate.
    Since my parents work a lot, very often I eat fast food, such as pizza and hamburgers. But I’m young, this is the only time of my life when I’m gonna be able to eat junk food without a sever consequence.
    I do think I could improve my eating habits. I don’t like fruits very much, neither vegetables, but I eat them now and then. Daily I eat whenever I’m hungry, i’m not counting how many times I eat.
    Every Saturday I go out with my family to a restaurant, it’s like a tradition we have to keep our familiy together and know new places. My favorite food is the italian, I’ve probably been in every single Italian restaurant in Queretaro.
    I eat fish, meat, bread. I could probably stop eating so much junk food, because very day at school I already got used to it, so i’m gonna try to change it.
